Dr. Bijan Majidi is an accomplished business innovator and transformation expert in diverse high-technology industries.

His expertise spans organization and business ventures development, processes engineering, digital transformation, partnerships, change management and knowledge development.

He is the founder of Dinamica International, Dinamica Automotive and Dinamica Lab.

His 30 year professional career across Europe, North America, Far East and the Middle East includes: IT, telecommunications, automotive, logistics, finance and insurance, in significant positions: VP Olivetti North America, SVP Tiscali Telecommunications, CEO Mondus-Telecom Italia, Director After Sales Fiat Auto, GM Fiat Auto Netherlands, GM Targa Services Mobility, GM Manuli Rubber Industries, GM Security1, MD KCS Consulting, Senior GM Motorcity Bahrain.

Born in Italy, he graduated from the prestigious Naval Academy of Livorno, obtained his MBA in England and is a Doctor in Electronics Engineering from the University of Genova, Italy.

Bijan has produced several research and workshop papers and is currently engaged in writing two books: The Automotive Revolution and Smart Cities Mobility – Distinguishing hype from real reality.

Bijan is a keen sportsman who enjoys golf, tennis and keeping fit.
